Financial Return

    • Create and sustain an environment that produces orders in an organized and prompt fashion, while understanding the responsibility to assure that all catering orders are delivered effectively during all business hours of operation.
    • Responsible to deliver and produce orders during all working hours of operation when applicable.
    • Increase the overall efficiency and knowledge of our team to understand the workings of catering.
    • To market our restaurant Monday-Wednesday each week in order to increase the amount of guests we are serving through outside sales.
    • Teach the team how to input catering orders into the POS, assuring that members know how to present a catering order for pick up.
    • Email marketing guests on a weekly basis reminding them of our options for catering.

Quality

    • Assuring that all temperatures of products are within their quality range for all pickups and delivery orders.
    • Being responsible that all team members working in the catering department are aware of all Food Safety practices and OSHA standards.
    • Complete the catering tab under the eRQA assessment weekly.

Performance

    • Work one-on-one with the leadership to assure that all members working in the catering department are adequately trained and have finished all Pathway training before full-time employment.

Guest Experience

    • Evaluating the CEM catering scores, in order to better understand the guest’s perception of our efforts.
    • Overlooking all CARES, CEM OSAT reports, and guest emails, specific to catering, while responding within 48 hour.
    • Confirming each order beforehand to assure order accuracy.
    • Practicing a habit of guest follow up via email, phone, or text for each catering order.

Administrative

    • Purchase any products need for catering/marketing within assigned budget.
    • Input all catering guest within Inform, so that tracking of previous orders are able to be researched efficiently.
    • Examining all TBC sales and following up with each guest to ensure that payments are received within 21 days of purchase.
    • Creating and delivering quotes for all business in a time period of 24 hours.

 

Score Card

  1. Increasing Pick-up sales to $450,000.
  2. Increasing Delivery sales to $325,000.
  3. Increase Pick-up transactions counts by 10% for the entire year.
  4. Increasing Pick-up Check Average to $75.
    1. Currently at $53.52.
  5. Increasing Delivery transaction counts by 12% for the entire year.
  6. Increasing the Delivery check average to $350.
    1. Currently at $313.
  7. Increasing CEM scores above the current chain averages.
